The Mountain

Ydjuran transported the two of them to the bottom of a mountain. As he beheld the monolith, the fire of Robert’s will nearly blew out. This was no simple summit, the top rose so high above him that he began trembling. Even so, Robert set off. The trail was steep and rocky, requiring all of his concentration. A couple times, he slipped and skidded back down a way. Still, he persisted, one step at a time.
